How reliable is FedEx Home Delivery? Do they usually meet the estimated delivery date?

I've read that people have had trouble with this service, but don't know to what extent. My package is on the truck for delivery today, and I'm wondering if it will likely arrive today, as estimated? What are your experiences with receiving items through fedex home delivery?

2. i've never been disappointed by fedex. so relax!!
3. I would use FEDEX before DHL. Never had a problem with FedEx and still use them to date. If I need something delivered the next day, they get the job done !!! No complaints here.
