Is it legitimate to send lots of merchandises overseas via Fedex without going the right way to avoid tax?
I wanna send some stuff to my cousin in Brazil so he can sell it over there with much higher price, I am gonna ship it via Fedex or any other carrier so we don't have to pay tax . Is it illegal and if it is, would it be on my side or on his side? Thanks guys.

- Clearly you haven't done this yet. Sending merchandise via Fedex, UPS, DHL, or any other 3rd party shipping service tends to ensure that all customs duties are paid. Worse, all of these companies charge an extra fee for the privilege of getting your package through customs. The only slippage seems to occur when you ship via the post office. 2nd, any statement you make on the customs form is a statement on a government document. As sender, it's a felony for you if you are caught lying.
- its should be legal & on ur side
