How do I change the postal service on my Ebay listing?

I am listing on item on ebay. I live in Canada and most of my buyers are in the USA. When I go to choose a shipping service all I EVER get offered is US postal services! It isnt accurate because I am shipping from Canada to the USA not within the US. I want to offer things like Small packet surface/ air (To USA) and things like first class and express post (In Canada). How do I do this?

1. if you are listing on .com then you cant change it as it will only have us postal services available, you could select sellers standard rate and put on the listing what service you are using.
