if usps don't whant to pay for a broken item if i pay for insurrance what can i do ?

1. Talk to the postmaster.
2. if you paid for insurance on your items than they should be liable to pay for the damages...unless you are @ fault for them. I would suggest that you call and speak to a manager...you have to be extreamly presistant and forcefull to get large companies to listen to you...send well written e-mails as to your legal rights as a customer and that you are very displeased with the service...the company is large enough that they would rather just refund your money than have you sue them for the damages. If they refuse to listen to you than you have every right to persue legal action.
3. You can call the USPS, talk to the postmaster and give them the insurance claim number and file a damaged claim. Keep notes on when it arrived, the manner it was received and the name of the delivery person. Also the name of the postmaster and time of day/date you spoke to them. They should file a claim and tell you when you can expect to hear something. Good luck!
