How long does it take for fedex to ship?

I ordered blackberry parts online on friday night. I'm using fedex 3 day air. The email from the website that I bought the parts from said another email would come when it shipped. I still haven't gotten an email and it's been four days.

1. Then it's not Fed Ex you should be questioning, you should contact whoever you bought those parts from. If you know exactly where they are coming from and the name of the business you may be able to see if Fed Ex has it in there system yet, but you have to call fed ex for that info.
2. Hi this is Fedex Dolores I understand you are expecting a package. Do you have a tracking number that I may check for you?
