Can you find out the exact address a USPS package with delivery confirmation was delivered to?

I had delivery confirmation on a USPS package and it says it's been delivered but the buyer didn't receive anything. If I called the post office and gave them the tracking number, will they know the exact address they delivered to?

1. Call your local Postal Inspector office and tell them what happened and give them an exact description of the box. The time/day your shipped it and the box contents to the best of your knowledge. Most likely your box was delivered and the person who received it is lieing to you. Next time send it Via Signature confirmation.
