Is it possible to pick up my international package at USPS office?

My mom wants to send me a package from Japan. Insted she use my address, is it possible to send the package to USPS office and I go to pick up it?

1. You can have something sent to you at General Delivery at the main post office. They will hold it there for you for 30 days. Or there are places where you can rent an address and have things mailed to you at that address.
